Center Grove's annual Harvest Celebration is right around the corner on Halloween night. See below for detailed information about this fun event for families. Still have a question? Email email@example.com.
WHAT IS HARVEST CELEBRATION?
Harvest Celebration is a FREE Halloween event for the community hosted by Center Grove Church! Chicken stews and chilis, hotdogs, trunk-or-treat, bounce houses, WBFJ, pony rides, cotton candy and more all are part of the fun.
WHO CAN COME TO HARVEST?
All are welcome to attend this free evening! Many who call Center Grove home will serve at the event or just attend with their friends and family. This event is open to the community.
WHEN AND WHERE DOES THE EVENT OCCUR?
Harvest Celebration happens on Halloween night, October 31, from 6-9pm. The entire event happens at the Center Grove main campus at 8750 Lasater Road in Clemmons.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
All who attend this event are required to register. This is simply a way for us to keep the event safe and assist with crowd control throughout the evening. Walk-up registration will be available on the night of the event or you can pre-register ahead of time for a fast-pass into the event. To pre-register, stop by the tent outside during a weekend worship service or stop by our church office during the week. Church office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Costumes are welcomed and encouraged, just no scary masks please!
The whole family is welcome, but for safety and security reasons, please leave pets at home.
HOW CAN I HELP WITH THE EVENT?
If Center Grove is your church home, we would love to have you serve with us at Harvest! Teams cook and serve stews and hotdogs, assist with parking, greet and guide as people arrive, help families get registered, decorate and pass out candy at a trunk and more as needs arise. If interested in serving at Harvest Celebration, stop by the tent outside during a weekend service or email firstname.lastname@example.org
A volunteer meeting will be held for ALL teams on Wednesday evening, October 18 at 6:30pm in the worship center. All volunteers are asked to attend this meeting to receive the information and training necessary.
Another easy way to lend a hand is to donate candy for the trunk-or-treat. Candy donations can be dropped off in marked bins in the main and kids building lobby or at the church office during the week.
